Only the freshest and finest meats, fish, pasta, vegetables, fruits, spices and herbs are used by Meme at La Cocina!
In fact, many of the ingredients used in our recipes are grown right here at Osa Mountain Village in our organic gardens. Enjoy garden fresh salads and Costa Rican specialties like Arroz con Pollo and Casado which are served everyday. In addition to the standard fare, Meme are cooking up specialty dishes for dinner all the time. Call him to see what’s on the menu for the evening. Make sure you leave room for dessert too. The four course dinner will leave you full and thinking about what’s in store for the next evenings dinner. Diiner: 6:00pm seating, appetizers served at 6:15pm… please be on time.
