Only the freshest and finest meats, fish, pasta, vegetables, fruits, spices and herbs are used by Ricardo & Marva at Cilantro!
In fact, many of the ingredients used in our recipes are grown right here at Osa Mountain Village in our organic gardens. Enjoy garden fresh salads, homemade empanadas and Costa Rican specialties like Arroz con Pollo and Casado which are served everyday. In addition to the standard fare, Ricardo & Marva are cooking up specialty dishes all the time. Call them to see what’s on the menu for the day or evening. Make sure you leave room for dessert too. Marva is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu culinary school with a specialty in desserts and she creates some of the most amazing pastry creations you will ever sink your teeth into. Some of her creations are so beautiful you’ll feel guilty cutting into them… almost.
