Rafting in Costa Rica is a very popular past time and Ron McDonald is now offering great whitewater rafting tours along with river float trips for the entire family at Osa Mountain Village. With rivers almost everywhere in the country there are many places to try the Costa Rica whitewater and near the Osa Peninsula are some pretty great spots. White water rafting the many great rivers is incredible fun.

Basic Tour: Adults-$95 to $110, Children 7 to 12 years-$?, Children under 7 are not allowed on this tour.

Jungle Waterfalls Rappelling:

Basic Tour Time: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Where to meet: Halfway between Ciudad Cortez and Palmar Norte on the west side of the Costanera Highway between kilometer markers 196 and 197 at the Osa Canopy Tour office.

What to wear: Comfortable clothes and shoes for trekking around the landscape. Closed shoes are best but sandals are acceptable. Clothes and shoes must be able to get wet.

What to bring: We recommend bringing sunscreen, water, insect repellent and a hat and waterproof camera if you have one.

Important: Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of the tour as we do start on time.

PLEASE NOTE: The Waterfall Rappelling Tour is not meant for the weak or faint of heart. To do the full tour you must be in good physical condition.
